Great location opposite the Gare de Lille train station and Euralille shopping centre. The room had recently been refurbished and was an improvement to the old Crown Plaza rooms. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well during my stay. The gym was adequate for a hotel stay. Wifi worked well in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked a king room which was clean and spacious, with tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen tv and fridge. Plug sockets could be used via either a plug adapter or straight into the USB slot The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows and bedding. Black out blinds ensure a good nights sleep & we didn't hear any other guests in the corridors during our stay. We had a separate toilet to the bathroom/shower area which was nice touch. Complimentary shower gel/shampoo etc smelt fabulous! Towels nice and fluffy and the shower powerful and hot (adjustable to meet needs) Plenty of wardrobe and storage space for clothes, with a full length mirror next to it. Room was a nice temperature and could be adjusted using the controls on the wall between the shower area and toilet Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but there was a safe and secure system in place for leaving luggage - we used this again when we checked out so we didn't have to take our case around Lille with us whilst waiting for our train time. Reception staff bilingual, and very helpful. Location perfect for both eurostar and walking in the centre of Lille - approx. 7-10 mins walk from the centre

The breakfast was fabulous. Large number of options and the hot food was cooked to perfection. Location is excellent. Literally over the road from Lille Europe and a short walk into the centre. Staff were very polite and efficent. Large number of towels provided.

The ladies at reception were fantastic. We were able to store our cases before and after check in. The restaurant food was really, really good. My daughter said the burger was the best she had ever had. All staff we encountered from the reception, restaurant and cleaning were so lovely and helpful. The tap in the ladies toilet (reception) was not working when we first arrived. I informed the front desk and it was fixed very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Many thanks.

The hotel is really close to the train station and has easy access to various city sites. The breakfast was delicious. The room had a nice view to the Park Henri Matisse and both gares. The Westfield mall is 5-minutes walking from the hotel and is a nice option for shopping and meals.

Fantastic location, literally outside Lille Europe Station. Very clean, very quiet, room had a/c which was easy to use! Separate toilet and bathroom, also immaculately clean!

The hotel is located brilliantly well with good public transport. The room we got had great views. The place was very vibrant and had lots to do. All the train stations were nearby and great pubs just close by towards the station Lille Flandres.

Room was tired and stuffy but ok in general for us as we were there just for one night. Breakfast was wonderful and superb it exceeds our expectations. And place is also fine. Right in the center of the city. Near parking was a bit expensive ~32 euro.

Considering the hotel is right across the street from Lille Europe station, there was actually no noise. Big room, helpful staff, great bathroom. 10 mins walking distance to the heart of the city, 2 mins to both the Eurostar and the Westfield centre.

Best nights sleep in months, bed was so comfy. Our room was refurbished and much nicer than online photos. Location was amazing, right next to Eurostar station.
